lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the report on a new common fisheries policy. The 2013 reform of the CFP sought among other things to secure maximum sustainable yields (MSY), using the ecosystem-based approach to fisheries management. Technical measures and multi-annual plans have become the principal conservation instruments to achieve such objectives. The revised Technical Measures Regulation must ensure clarity and legal certainty. It should seek to improve the conservation and sustainable exploitation of stocks and implement the ecosystem-based approach to fisheries management in a way that is consistent with the socio-economic viability of the fisheries sector."@en1
