However, its success in targeting the most disadvantaged groups is less clear, which is why I backed this call for better social impact reporting. It is vital that the disadvantaged have access to this kind of finance and it needs to be targeted where it can do the most social good. Financing has been a real issue for micro-businesses since the financial crash and it is vital that these businesses which can do so much for their local communities can flourish."@en1
