lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I was also pleased to support this report on microfinance, particularly as I was the shadow rapporteur for my group, ALDE, when we concluded negotiations on the very first tranche of microfinance facilities some years back. Microfinance is for those whom the banks reject, the people to whom the banks say no. That is why I support the call to the Commission to focus its efforts to improve access to microfinance for potentially excluded persons, and that includes: the unemployed, young people, those who have low skills, people with disabilities, and, crucially, migrants and refugees. Indeed, I was very pleased to see that the votes on migrants and refugees were carried because they will often find themselves at the bottom of the list."@en1
