lpv:spoken text	"Together, with my Socialist colleagues, I voted in favour of this own initiative report because I believe that strong political support and new measures are needed to guarantee that the electricity network of Europe is properly connected and that no member state is isolated. With eight Member States still yet to meet the target of having at least 10% of their electricity generation capacity able to be exported and imported with it neighbouring countries, we need a more integrated energy market. This report calls for exactly that: a truly integrated internal energy market - as part of the Energy Union - which would bring down the costs of integrating renewable energy into the grid."@en1
