lpv:spoken text	"President, because of Croatia's accession to the EU it is necessary to adapt the trade part of the Stabilisation and Association Agreements in force. These negotiations have been concluded with all Western Balkan countries, except Bosnia and Herzegovina, where they remain blocked. The trade preferences run out at the end of the year for all Western Balkan countries if this report on their extension does not pass. I supported the suspension of exceptional trade measures with regard to Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to encourage it to sign up to conclude negotiations on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement."@en1
