"I was happy to vote in favour of this legislation. This legislation will help ensure OHIM, the Office for the Harmonization of the Single Market is more user-friendly. OHIM is responsible for providing trade mark and design protection throughout the European Union. This will streamline procedures for individuals and small businesses ensuring respect for their intellectual property rights this works towards protecting these groups and ensuring the rules help rather than hinder them from getting proper redress."@en1
