lpv:spoken text	"This was not a roll-call vote. In the interests of democracy I wish to make it clear that I did not vote to waive the Parliamentary immunity of Mr. Kouloglou. Whilst I accept many of the principles contained within the report, it appears that this relates to a criminal prosecution for libel. As a believer in freedom of speech, I struggle to defend the principle of such comments being criminal rather than civil matters. I make no comment as to whether or not the Committee on Legal Affairs is correct in its interpretation of Judgment No 1126/1994 of the Greek Supreme Court, in relation to whether or not this matter is now time-barred."@en1
