We have always opposed the existence of Eurojust as a proto-EU Ministry of Justice with overarching powers over many aspects of the legal regimes of Member States. In particular we oppose anything (such as the instant vote) that extends the remit of Eurojust and the parameters of its activities, especially where that introduces further regulation of the Single Market."@en1
