lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this agreement on the short-stay visa waiver between the European Union and the Commonwealth of Dominica, not only because it requires Parliament’s consent to go through, but because we should also be seeking to improve our relations with the countries of the Caribbean. It is highly significant that we bring EU citizens and the people of Dominica closer together; it will mean a boost in tourism – especially for Dominica – and it will step up economic and cultural relations, intensifying political dialogue on various issues, most importantly human rights and fundamental freedoms."@en1
