lpv:spoken text	"With the current humanitarian crisis surrounding the movement of refugees into the European Union, the European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union (Frontex) is more vital than ever in order to ensure that EU borders are monitored and protected in line with the EU Fundamental Rights Charter. I support the European Ombudsman’s recommendation that Frontex should provide individuals with a transparent and accessible individual complaints procedure so that they can exercise their right to an effective remedy if their rights have been violated. This report establishes a framework for this complaints procedure and I was therefore happy to vote in favour."@en1
