lpv:spoken text	"In 2013, the European Ombudsman (EO) issued a special report following an own-initiative inquiry because Frontex did not implement its recommendation to create an individual complaint mechanism through which it could deal with individual incidents of fundamental rights breaches to have supposedly occurred in the course of its operations. In view of the ever growing humanitarian and legal challenges at the EU’s external borders, the PETI/LIBE Committee draft INI report supports the EO’s recommendation that Frontex should deal with complaints regarding infringements of fundamental rights in the course of its operations and should set up such a mechanism based on Article 26(a) of the Frontex 2011 Regulation."@en1
