lpv:spoken text	"This was a particularly important resolution, the aim of which is to simplify access to cohesion funding. The resolution was proposed by the Committee on Regional Development in recognition of the fact that complicated procedures (such as administration issues and onerous auditing procedures) around cohesion policy funding can place a heavy burden on beneficiaries and that there is a need to simplify the rules, especially for beneficiaries with less administrative and financial capacities, in order to better align financial instruments to beneficiaries’ needs. It calls on the Commission to enter into an ongoing dialogue with Parliament, the Committee of the Regions and other stakeholders on all aspects of any simplification process."@en1
