Years without education mean lost generations that could contribute to rebuilding their countries and fostering inclusive and resilient societies. The international community must prioritise it, by increasing humanitarian aid and improving delivery on the ground. Development and humanitarian aid must also be bridged to ensure the effectiveness of their programmes in fragile states. Education is a human right that should be guaranteed for all children and especially in emergency situations."@en1
