lpv:spoken text	"There is much within this report which I can support, including calls for the EU-PNR Directive to be adopted by the end of the year. I support calls in the report for enhanced cooperation between Member States and the need for additional initiatives in the fight against cross border crime including community based initiatives. I also support the need for additional mechanisms which will enhance the expedient and efficient exchange of information between national law enforcement authorities. The ECR Group held the rapporteurships for both the opinion in the CULT committee (Mr Dzhambazki) and the opinion in the AFET committee (Mr Tannock).The ECR was happy with the overall outcome of the committee vote, where the compromises included a large number of the ECR Shadow Rapporteur's amendments."@en1
