lpv:spoken text	"I very much welcome this timely report. The prevention of radicalisation must be at the heart of our counter-terrorism strategy in Europe. Enhanced cooperation between EU Member States is vital in tracking the sources and extent of radicalisation and recruitment of European citizens by terrorist organisations. This report makes a number of excellent recommendations on prevention strategies, from greater use of the European Cybercrime Centre, enhanced information sharing strategies, sharing of best practices globally, and direct prevention work within prisons. I also wholeheartedly endorse the report’s call for the EU PNR Directive to be adopted by the end of the year – PNR is a vital tool in the fight against globalised terrorism and crime in the 21st century. For all of these reasons I voted in favour of the report."@en1
