It costs billions every year: billions that should be invested in schools, hospitals and public services. For too long, both governments and multinational corporations have been involved in a race to the bottom on tax – a race in which ordinary people are the losers. This report sets out a number of bold recommendations to stop these dreadful practices once and for all. Now it is time for EU governments – and especially the Tory UK government – to listen to the will of the people and do something to end tax fiddling for good."@en1
