lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the 2016 budgetary procedure. In particular, I was very pleased with the joint statement on the Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) that was agreed between the three Institutions, including the commitment by the Commission, after drawing lessons from the YEI evaluation, to make proposals for the continuation of this initiative till 2020, which Parliament and Council undertake to examine rapidly. Furthermore, I fully support the request by Parliament for a 500 million package of measures to support farmers, especially in the dairy sector as well as additional measures following the Russian embargo. A small additional reinforcement for fisheries was also agreed."@en1
