"This amending budget refers to the return of money to Member States which is rightfully theirs and which lies outside the scope of the 2015 budget. This needs to be done. However, the report criticises Member States and brings the subject of migration into it, making highly critical comments. That is a nonsense; the money does not belong to the EU and it is not for the EU to lecture Member States about how they should spend it."@en1
