Certainly when you are looking at the large-scale developments within Syria and Iraq, or whether in Nigeria or elsewhere, it is clear that there is a stream of arms coming in there. I think, as people have said, we also have to look at what we do to try and provide a different vision, because it is that vision of the future – a distorted one, I think – which is also creating many of the problems."@en1
