I was impressed earlier when the Commissioner spelt out how much additional funding would be put towards jobs and growth. You should agree with me that that is a great effort within the constraints of a difficult budget. You also need to understand that the European Fund for strategic investment is a valuable tool here which has been leveraged out of this budget, and I wish it every success. It has had a good start, and it is vitally important to this European Union and to the people of Europe that it does succeed."@en1
