So certainly this is a very important report, and I welcome the fact that we want greater cooperation and coordination with the United Nations, particularly when you think that the EU and its Member States are the biggest contributors to development and humanitarian aid through the United Nations. This is a very important facet. Often it is difficult to reconcile, particularly nowadays, that the EU itself is being targeted. We saw what happened in Paris, the threats in Brussels, by countries to whom we are giving a lot of help. This highlights the fact that we have to work harder in coordinating our efforts here, but also with the United Nations, to try and help these countries develop so that peace can be established and the terror comes to an end."@en1
