lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this report because it proposes a number of measures to help eliminate poverty and social exclusion among children. All children must be guaranteed the right to education, healthcare, housing, protection, recreation and leisure time as well as a balanced diet. As the report on child poverty in Europe shows, children are increasingly under threat of poverty and social exclusion. Poverty and social exclusion not only result in basic needs, such as food and housing not being given, but also generally include access to high-quality education and health services and participation in sporting or cultural leisure activities."@en1
