lpv:spoken text	"The report on a programme on interoperability solutions as a means of modernising the public sector is the latest proposal since the 1990s supporting the interconnection and digitisation of public administrations and collaboration between them. I welcome the introduction in the programme of new priorities which will ensure greater involvement of citizens and businesses. Furthermore, I support the additional data-protection safeguards, a stronger emphasis on the re-use and sharing of references and solutions, and enhanced cooperation between Member States in order to address the digital divide."@en1
