lpv:spoken text	"I decided to support this report due to the fact that cohesion policy, as the main EU investment instrument and as an expression of European solidarity, is closely aligned with the objectives of smart, sustainable and inclusive growth set out in the Europe 2020 Strategy. It should be noted that after the 2008 crisis, due to the lack of national public funding, cohesion policy became the only financial resource for growth policy in some Member States or regions. This shows that, due to the cohesion policy, some investments continued, despite a huge decrease in public funding. It confirms the long term importance of this policy and its resistance to different external economic factors."@en1
