The Ebola crisis has exposed this dramatically in West Africa, with a terrible toll on their societies. The countries need investment to build their own healthcare systems. I support the call for Universal Health Coverage, which is achievable as part of the new Sustainable Development Goals adopted by world leaders in New York in September. The framework has been set and now we need the action to achieve the right to health for all."@en1
