lpv:spoken text	"I chose to support this report in order to help address the shortcomings related to the quality of audit certificates which were previously compromised as they were issued by independent audit firms contracted by the grant beneficiaries. This report will also help correct previous problems identified by the analysis of staff exit interviews which highlighted a lack of clear career perspective, a difficult working environment and an unattractive salary package which led to a high turnover of staff. This will help strengthen middle management."@en1
