lpv:spoken text	"I have voted, alongside my colleagues in the EPLP, to grant discharge for the EU’s Joint Undertakings ENIAC and ARTEMIS, which merged in June 2014 to create the Electronic Components and Systems for European Leadership (ECSEL) joint technology initiative. The organisations have taken measures to show that EU funds are spent in a correct and transparent manner. The second report on discharge for 2013 indicates that sufficient steps have been taken to address the main issues raised by the Court of Auditors including, importantly, the introduction of new ex post audit mechanisms in order to verify the agreements with the national funding authorities."@en1
