lpv:spoken text	"I support the thrust of this report and believe we need to ensure mandatory automatic exchange of information regarding cross border rulings and advance pricing arrangements, right now Member States can exchange information on tax rulings in a spontaneous way and therefore the majority of Member States do not exchange any information. This proposal will ensure quicker exchange of information and there will be a secure central directory containing this information – all steps in the right direction because citizens and SMEs need to see real action on behalf of the EU when it comes to multinationals paying their fair share of taxes."@en1
