lpv:spoken text	"I, along with Labour Party colleagues, voted in favour of this report which marks the end of a long battle to end EU roaming charges and to break down artificial borders for mobile communications inside the EU, that have hampered cross border communication and mobility for too long. The introduction of a Single Market for Telecoms in Europe will mean all European countries will have to incorporate rules on net neutrality, which will oblige internet service providers across Europe to treat all internet traffic equally without discrimination, restriction or interference and irrespective of the sender and receiver, the content, the applications or services used. This is an important victory for all users of the internet in Europe, and I am proud to have backed this report."@en1
