lpv:spoken text	"I abstained on this report which deals with the stepping up of cross-border cooperation to combat terrorism and cross-border crime. According to a previous decision, personal data may not be supplied until general provisions on data protection have been implemented in national law. The Council now states that Poland has fully implemented the general provisions on data protection and can begin to receive and supply personal data under Decision 2008/615/JHA. This report is related to the implementation of the Prüm Decision, which I have consistently opposed, but these particular reports deal with the implementation of the data protection safeguards for fingerprint data exchange to occur. As I have always advocated for the implementation of adequate data protection safeguards for personal data exchange, I abstained."@en1
