lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution which outlines Parliament’s position towards the UN conference on Climate Change to be held in Paris in December. The challenge of COP 21 is delivering a new global climate agreement involving all countries by 2015, giving a renewed commitment after the Kyoto Protocol. This resolution was an effort to give vigour to the negotiating positions of the Commission and Council as representatives of EU Member States. The report gives an inclusive view of the role of civil society, the respect of human rights and indigenous persons’ rights and all targets are foreseen in the attempt to limit the global rise in temperature below 2oC."@en1
