In one paragraph you call for gender-neutral job classifications, but then in another you call for a binding gender quota. Yet again this report contains a laughable amount of incompetence. Let women and men compete for jobs equally, and do not force companies into a quota system. We all live in a fair and free society and the best way to keep it that way is to allow people to get jobs and positions based on their merit and nothing else. There is nothing positive about positive discrimination."@en1
