lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the report which simply confirms Parliament’s consent and represents Parliament’s position on a draft Council Decision authorising Member States to ratify the Protocol of 2014 to the Forced Labour Convention of the International Labour Organization. Articles 1-4 of the Protocol touch on matters relating to judicial cooperation in criminal matters and thus require the EU to authorise Member States to ratify it. This is an international convention which seeks to enhance the protection of workers and tackle forced or compulsory labour."@en1
