lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, earlier you said that you wanted us to help the most needy – and my Group would agree with you – but the most needy are not those who have the wealth, the health and the ability to walk from Syria to the borders of Europe. The most needy are those in the refugee camps of Turkey and Lebanon. So my Group will vote against this proposal because we do not think that opening the gates of Europe to anyone that can get to the frontier is the right method of helping them. We also think it is wrong, as a matter of principle, that the European Union orders – or, in your words, forces – Member States to accept people into their countries against their will."@en1
