"I voted in favour of this report. However the issue of the skills mismatches should not hide the real problems of the labour markets. In particular the need to promote the creation of quality jobs, to fight precarious employment and social inequalities and achieve a labour market based on the free movement of citizens and workers and the principle of equal pay for equal work. Without these any attempt to improve our labour market is doomed to exacerbate rather than solve existing problems within the common work market."@en1
