lpv:spoken text	"This report contained a number of very important provisions which specifically spelt out the detrimental effects of austerity on the judicial security of citizens. The aim of the report is primarily to identify the lack of transpositions and the problems arising in the Members States notably transport services, environment and health. However, a political angle was added to what is generally a very legalistic text by stating that the drastic cuts in public spending have had the effect of significantly reducing the capacity of Member States’ administration and judiciary to assume their responsibility correctly to implement EU law. It also contained a number of other provisions and it was for these reasons that I voted in favour of this report."@en1
