lpv:spoken text	"This report highlights how far we still have to go to smash the glass ceilings in science and academia, and it makes a number of very important recommendations which will ensure women are able to play their full role in science, research and higher education. Particularly in STEM fields, we face a projected—skills shortfall which will only be averted if we act now to empower more women pursuing their careers. We must ensure that women and men are able to balance their work and family lives and that gender biases are eliminated at all stages of recruitment, training and appraisals."@en1
