The United Kingdom has an opt-out and is not required to accept any of the quota. The proposal calls for burden sharing and a common EU asylum policy, which UKIP are fundamentally opposed to. It even allows migrants who have entered European countries illegally the opportunity to choose where they are to be relocated."@en1
