lpv:spoken text	"It must be noted that the agreement is much better than previous ones on how close EU-vessels are allowed to fish (further out than before), it takes account of the new, mostly good, EU policy on sustainable fishing and gives higher financial compensation/payment as well as better help to local fishery communities. However, while there were some positive aspects to this report, nevertheless, local fishermen will still not get the brunt of the benefits of this agreement and some of the local fishermen groups have been very negative (others more positive though). It was for these reasons that I voted against this report."@en1
