lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as with youth unemployment appallingly high in many areas of our Union it is important that we provide action as well as rhetoric for all of our young people. Entrepreneurship education at all levels can be a highly effective tool for motivating young people, allowing them to develop their decision-making, further career development and aid them in setting up sustainable business ventures that suit their abilities. The report promotes an approach that supports young people in their creativity, ability to cope with risk, management of failure and promotes responsible behaviour; key competences that are needed by all individuals for personal fulfilment and development, active citizenship, social inclusion and employment."@en1
