It rightly identifies the aspects of the procedures and practices from the 2014 process; it flags up the lack of deadline for Member States to put forward a candidate; it allows the Legal Affairs Committee to highlight conflicts of interest; it calls for better provisions for gender equality, an issue I am very excited to hear is being addressed; and finally it allows for Members to give a follow-up question to the Commissioners once they have been asked a question."@en1
