"I voted in favour of the resolution on the situation of fundamental rights in the EU as it sets out proposals to establish an EU mechanism to monitor democracy, the rule of law and fundamental rights in Member States. Furthermore, the resolution calls for an assessment of the impact of austerity measures on fundamental rights and proposes a revision of the Dublin Regulation, which is particularly important in light of the migrant crisis that is occurring across our continent."@en1
