It also addresses issues such as freedom of speech, media freedom, anti-terrorism measures, privacy violations, surveillance and hate speech. In addition, the report includes proposals to revise the Dublin Regulation particularly in light of the migrant crisis that is occurring in the European Union. The report also calls for an assessment of the impact on austerity measures on fundamental rights."@en1
