We have this huge amount of waste – and is it not symptomatic of this place that we have a lot of hot air: a lot of people coming forward and saying we have to do the right things? Well, perhaps we should start practising what we preach and actually look very closely into the money that is being squandered by this institution, as it has been signing off its own accounts for 19 years."@en1
