lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Pietikäinen report, which constitutes an important step towards the new progressive concept of a circular economy. Implementing a circular economy model responds to major policy challenges in the EU such as jobs and growth, innovation, and the re-industrialisation agenda. I therefore urge the Commission to take an innovative and sustainable approach to issues such as resource efficiency, recovery, reuse and recycling of materials, which will become key elements of the production processes. Europe’s ability to compete with others in the global economy with ever decreasing resources will depend on our success in pushing this agenda forward."@en1
