lpv:spoken text	"I voted against the report on TTIP because it is not in the interests of Wales. This trade agreement will have a huge impact yet there has not been a proper public debate on it. Some of the proposals threaten, rather than enhance, our democracy as well as our standards and values. I am in favour of trade agreements between equals which are of benefit to both, but TTIP is not that. I am pleased that many thousands of constituents contacted me urging me to vote against ISDS and TTIP. I am disappointed that the final report includes a form of ISDS under another name, which means the Commission will press ahead with its proposals. I will continue to campaign on TTIP and I have urged my constituents to keep lobbying to protect our services and our standards."@en1
