It is unreasonable for you to have 25 minutes of voting on a Tuesday and to have scheduled two hours on a Thursday of own initiative reports and resolutions, none of which are time-critical. Mr President, the services should arrange our voting more carefully. We should have more on a Tuesday and less on a Thursday.
