lpv:spoken text	"This report considers the success thus far of the measures put forward under the 2012 Milk Package and identifies where action is needed to ensure a viable, sustainable and competitive dairy sector in the post-quota market. The report calls on the Commission to address the current crisis facing the sector as a result of the Russian embargo, a dip in global demand, global price volatility and the imbalance of power in the dairy supply chain. In particular, the report calls on the Commission to strengthen the role of the Milk Market Observatory in providing the sector with market data, including market indicators, price and consumption trends. The report also recommends that the Commission work with the sector to explore the feasibility of a futures market for dairy."@en1
