lpv:spoken text	"I voted to support draft amending budget No 1/2015 regarding the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) which makes the necessary budgetary changes to provide for the necessary reallocation of funds for EFSI for 2015. It is positive that EFSI was quickly agreed and adopted by all involved, however the redeployment of funds to Horizon 2020 and the Connecting Europe Facility is regrettable given the important impact of both programmes for growth and jobs in the EU. Nonetheless these figures were improved at trialogue from the original proposal from the Commission and I welcome the additional EUR 1 000 million which will be financed through the Global MFF margin."@en1
