If Cameron’s government in the UK is ready to take this opportunity it will create many billions-worth of investment in the UK economy, in infrastructure, SMEs and green growth. The agreement that no fresh money will be used is also encouraging and it demonstrates the Commission is ready to do more with less. However it is regrettable that this funding has come from Heading 1a. We hope that in the mid-term review more funding will be found to reinforce this productive area."@en1
